Can I purchase more than 100,000 tokens at once?
Because this technology is new, we also want to make sure that rollouts are done responsibly. When you sign up, your account will be assigned a spend limit, or quota, and autoWrite will automatically increase that limit over time as you build a track record with our application.
Do you have a refund policy?
You can contact us to submit a request for a refund of any unused tokens. Please contact us if you would like to begin the refund process.
Will my tokens ever expire?
Content generation tokens are valid for 6 months after the time of purchase. Please only purchase the amount of tokens that you expect to use in the immediate future.
How many tokens can I purchase?
Each account has a spend limit assigned. This spending limit will be automatically increased as you establish a track record with the autoWrite application.
